Hulihan Territory Inc. was built the old-fashioned way: with hard work, family support, and a commitment to doing right by people.

It all started in 1986, when Scott Hulihan began taking on jobs on weekends and summers while still in high school. What began as a hustle quickly turned into something bigger—fueled by a growing customer base and a simple mission: show up, do quality work, and treat customers like neighbors.

As the business grew, Scott brought in the people who believed in it most. With the help of his mom Patricia and stepdad Klaus, he formed a corporation to help keep operations running smoothly and the company organized for long-term growth. Around the same time, Scott recruited his brother Michael to support field operations—keeping workmanship and customer care at the center of every job.

In 1995, the company officially incorporated under the name Hulihan Territory Inc.—a milestone that marked the transition from a small local operation into a lasting, community-rooted business.

Then in 2000, Scott took a major step forward by purchasing our office on Atlantic Blvd. That move helped cement our presence in the community and gave the company a home base to better serve customers across the area.

Today, we continue to grow—but we’ve never outgrown what made us different in the first place: excellent customer service, honest communication, and a small local hometown feel.
